Marketing Assistant (x1)
The role of the Marketing Assistant is to be a key player in supporting our marketing operations and client projects. This entry-level position is perfect for an organized, enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities will include assisting with monthly marketing reports, proposal writing, email management, social media posting, blog writing, and other marketing-related tasks. It also includes assistance with daily operational tasks like basic office administration, email, and client communications. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Assist in creating and compiling monthly marketing reports for the company and our clients, analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Support the development and writing of marketing proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Manage email inboxes, including organizing emails, responding to client inquiries, and coordinating internal communication.
- Plan, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and engaging with our audience.
- Contribute to our blog by researching topics, writing posts, and optimizing content for SEO to drive traffic and engagement.
- Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support marketing operations and team efficiency.
Compensation & Perks
- Starting Wage: $17.00/hr
- Starting Hours: 32 Hours Per Week
- Starting Schedule: Monday – Friday
